Terms of Service

Last updated 6 September 2026 · Applies to the BeastBook Android app

The short version: Use BeastBook to plan and log your own training and nutrition. It's not medical advice. A subscription renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel through Google Play, and cancelling stops the next renewal — it doesn't retroactively refund what's already been billed. Your workout and health data lives on your device, governed by the Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using BeastBook, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app. BeastBook is developed by Corporate Incorporated Ltd, referred to here as “we” or “the developer.”

2. Who can use BeastBook

BeastBook is not directed at children under 13, and you shouldn't use it if you're under the minimum age of digital consent in your country without a parent or guardian's involvement.

3. What BeastBook is — and isn't

BeastBook is a workout planning and logging tool, a nutrition/calorie tracker, and an optional Health Connect viewer. It's built for people who already know how to train safely, or who are working with their own coach or medical professional.

Not medical or fitness advice. Nothing in BeastBook — including AI-estimated calorie/macro figures, suggested progressions, or displayed health metrics — is medical, dietary, or professional fitness advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have an existing health condition. You're responsible for exercising within your own limits.

4. Your account and data

BeastBook has no user accounts and no BeastBook-operated server. Your workout, nutrition, and health data is stored locally on your device, and you're responsible for keeping your device secure and for backing up anything you don't want to lose (uninstalling the app deletes it). See the Privacy Policy for exactly what's collected and how it's used.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Auto-renewal

BeastBook is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout). Your subscription automatically renews for the same term at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.

Managing and cancelling

All billing is handled by Google Play, not by us directly — we never see or store your card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't refund the current billing period, and you'll keep access until that period ends.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play under their own refund policy. We don't independently process or guarantee refunds outside of what Google Play's policy allows.

Price changes

If a subscription price changes, we'll give you reasonable notice before it applies to your next renewal, as required by Google Play's policies.

Promo codes

Any promo or referral code you enter is used to attribute your subscription to a referring source and, where applicable, may apply a discount configured through Google Play at the time of purchase. Codes have no cash value and can be changed or discontinued at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use BeastBook to do anything unlawful, to reverse-engineer or resell the app, or to interfere with its normal operation. Don't attempt to circumvent the subscription/billing system.

7. Intellectual property

BeastBook's app, design, and branding belong to the developer. Your own workout programmes, logged data, and any content you create in the app remain yours — we don't claim ownership of it, and (as above) we don't have a copy of it on any server of ours.

8. Third-party services

BeastBook relies on third-party services to function — Google Play (billing, and optionally Health Connect and the Gemini API), Anthropic (optional AI food search), Open Food Facts (barcode lookups), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Your use of features backed by these services is also subject to that provider's own terms.

9. No warranty

BeastBook is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-estimated nutrition figures or displayed health metrics will be accurate. You use the app, and act on anything it shows you, at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BeastBook, including injury from exercise, inaccurate calorie/macro estimates, or data loss. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under the law that applies to you.

11. Termination

You can stop using BeastBook at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription through Google Play. We may suspend or discontinue the app or specific features at our discretion, with notice where reasonably possible.

12. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the “last updated” date above will change accordingly, and material changes will be reflected in the app's store listing. Continuing to use BeastBook after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a different governing law is required by local consumer protection law.
